ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
What size should I order?
The fit of our products is oversized. You can check the measurements of each of them in their corresponding size guide. If you still have doubts about which size to order, do not hesitate to contact us here so we can help you.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Klarna.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If your order has not yet been prepared, we can modify or cancel it without any problem. To do so, please contact us by e-mail at hello@sonderstories.es indicating your order number. On the other hand, if we cannot modify or cancel your order, you will have to request a refund or exchange (link to Refund Policy).
What happens if I receive the wrong product?
Although this is very unlikely to happen, errors can occur. If you have not received the correct product, please send us an email to hello@sonderstories.es indicating your order number.
What should I do if my payment fails?
Try placing the order with a different payment method. If you are still having problems, please contact us by e-mail at hello@sonderstories.es.
SHIPPING
How long will it take to receive my order?
You will receive your order within 24-48 working hours after placing it. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. will be shipped the next business day, during sale periods or collection launches, shipping times may be altered.
What can I do if I need to change the delivery address?
If your package has not yet been picked up by the logistics company, you can contact us through our email hello@sonderstories.es so we can help you with the exchange. In case your package is already in delivery, you will have to contact the shipping company providing them with your shipment number (you have received it by email with a confirmation).
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Can I return or exchange a product?
If you are not completely satisfied with your recent order from Sonderstories. We will be happy to accept any item that is in new condition and has not been worn, washed or altered.All returns and exchanges must be made in accordance with the guidelines of our Return and Exchange Policy.
How long do I have to request a change or refund?
You will have 14 days from the day you received the order to request it. All items purchased from the beginning of Black Friday can be returned or exchanged only until January 15th.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once we have received your product and we have been able to verify that it is in proper condition to be sold as new, you will be able to see the refund reflected in your bank account within 5 to 10 days.

How can I join in?
It's very simple, create an account on our website. You will be able to accumulate points and receive exclusive discounts.
Where can I see my accumulated points?
In the drop-down menu you can see your statistics in the “My balance” section.
How can I redeem my points?
In the section “Use your SONDERPOINTS” you will see the options you have to redeem your points. A code will be generated for you to use.
