Shipping policy

When you place an order through the SONDERSTORIES website you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. You will be able to track your order, so you will have the possibility to see at all times the status of the shipment. In case there is an error in the delivery address, it does not correspond to reality or any information is missing, SONDERSTORIES will not be responsible for it, it will be the customer.
