Through its website www.sonderstories.es, SONDERSTORIES provides information about its products and offers the possibility to purchase them. Users accessing these parts of the Web Site agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in these General Conditions, to the extent applicable to them.

The access and/or use of this SONDERSTORIES portal attributes the condition of USER, who accepts, from said access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use reflected herein. The Conditions shall apply regardless of the General Conditions of Contract that, where appropriate, are mandatory.

PRODUCT INFORMATION.

The information provided on each product, as well as the photographs or videos relating to them and the trade names, trademarks or distinctive signs of any kind contained in the SONDERSTORIES website, are shown on www.sonderstories.es as a guide.

PRICES.

All prices of the products displayed on the website include VAT and any other applicable taxes. However, depending on the place where the order is placed, they will not include the shipping costs of the products, which are detailed separately and must be accepted by the User.

AVAILABILITY.

SONDERSTORIES informs the User that the number of available units is kept up to date with warehouse stock and availability by our suppliers. In no case SONDERSTORIES will intentionally sell more units than it has, or the supplier has reserved.

SONDERSTORIES will make every effort to satisfy all its Users in the demand for products. However, on occasion, and due to causes that are difficult for SONDERSTORIES to control, such as human error or incidents in computer systems, it is possible that the quantity finally delivered by the supplier differs from the order placed by SONDERSTORIES to satisfy the User's orders.

If the product is not available once the order has been placed, the User will be informed by email of the total or partial cancellation of the order. Partial cancellation of the order due to unavailability does not entitle the User to cancellation of the entire order. If, because of this cancellation, the User wishes to return the delivered product, he/she must follow the provisions of the Returns section.

PAYMENT.

The User agrees to pay at the time of placing the order. To the initial price that appears on the website for each of the products offered will be added the fees corresponding to the relevant shipping costs. In any case, these rates will be previously communicated to the User before formalizing the purchase itself.

The User must pay the amount corresponding to the order by credit card, debit card or cryptocurrency (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and/or other similar cards). The User must notify SONDERSTORIES of any undue or fraudulent charge on the card used for purchases, by email, as soon as possible so that SONDERSTORIES can take the appropriate steps.
